Override Tactyc's calculated ownership
Ownership Update
By default, Tactyc calculates the ownership at the end of each round automatically. However your actual ownership may be slightly different if there are competing SAFEs, warrants, ESOP pool or other complications involved.
To update an investment's ownership% after a specific round
Open the investment
Under Performance Cases, click on + Add for the round you want to update and select Ownership Update
An Ownership Update event will be created. Click on Edit for the Ownership Update event
Enter the latest ownership for the company and click on Close
